We have Windstream for both home service and they are our wireless agent and they are both horrible. They have terrible customer service, their wait times are very long and their agents are usually rude and not helpful at all.

The customer service here is horrible! They are almost always rude. Very slow. Long lines and long waits. Numerous mistakes on your account. Watch your bills very closely!
